The IT Department at REVShare is seeking a self-motivated mid-level Data analyst to join our team in Temecula, CA.

  • Work on a project team to design, develop and support our new BI system.

Director of Business Development

The Director of Business Development is designed to help grow and expand REVShare’s new client roster of business. The successful candidate will be responsible to implement strategies and tactics that continue to achieve profitable long-term revenue growth. The finalist candidate will have a strong DRTV rolodex to achieve revenue goals and objectives, while being an individual contributor maximizing sales results.

Primary responsibility is to develop and maintain strategic advertising relationships both at Client Direct and at Agencies across Brand-Hybrid DRTV advertisers:

• Seek new clients, close deals and ultimately generate new revenue for the company through a sales capacity.
• Sales role includes cold calling, research, setting client expectations accordingly, negotiating budgets and price, etc…
• Plan, prepare and execute high impact client meetings.
• Develop strategic sales and marketing plans, taking into account current and past sales activities as well as future opportunities.
• Ensure that REVShare’s value proposition is accurately emphasized in the marketplace and always top of mind.
• Innovative thinker with the ability to understand strategic insight and how to communicate value propositions in a compelling manner.
• Reports and insightfully forecasts sales and marketplace activity to management.
• Uses both qualitative and quantitative research to support efforts to further distinguish the benefits of associating with REVShare.

The Successful Candidate will have a proven track record on rolling out new DRTV campaigns, as well as a relevant rolodex of relationships at DRTV Clients and Agencies.

• Extensive knowledge of key, national Advertising Agencies, Direct Clients, and media players.
• Experience and active participation at national trade shows – including ERA, NAB, DMA and DRMA conferences.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to open doors and close deals.
• 7-10 years’ experience in the advertising sector is required, preferably in DRTV.
• College degree required, Advanced Degree preferred.
• Experience working within an entrepreneurial environment.
• Working knowledge of or other CRM tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent interpersonal, client service and communications skills, both written and verbal.

The finalist will understand the predominant needs and requirements of their Clients and will ensure they have positioned the REVShare Network appropriately to fully deliver to their Client. The ability to identify industry trends and key sales strategies, assess how to secure revenue by complementing/competing with other platforms is a key attribute for success.

Ad Sales Executive (Open Positions in NY and CA)

Position description: Will be representing MPH’s AdMore® Platform – the nation’s newest and largest automated TV advertising placement platform. Primary responsibility will be to prospect and close sales opportunities across national brand and brand-hybrid advertisers. Duties to include – Ad Sales strategy, cold calling, pitching new business models to large agency groups – both in person and over the phone, trade show representation and client development. The ideal candidate will be prepared to come on board to a fast-paced work environment and bring an entrepreneurial attitude.


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in television advertising sales
  • Knowledge of emerging media or programmatic ad buying experience is a plus
  • Experience with, Dynamics, or other CRM tools
